Business teams and team-only content
Work together in a team, and publish forms, quizzes, lessons, courses, flashcards and games only your team can see.
Personal is for one person. A Business team lets several people edit the same content, and lets you publish material only your team can see. Business is free for a limited time: 50 EGP per active seat per month, discounted to 0. There is no checkout.
Create a team
- Open Teams & workspaces, or pick Create a Business team from the workspace switcher in the sidebar.
- Name the team and press Create free Business team.
- In Settings, press Create invitation and send the link to a colleague. Links expire after seven days and work once.
- Owner: everything, including transferring ownership.
- Admin: invites and removes members and renames the team.
- Member: edits everything shared with the team.
Share content for editing
In the team's Workspace, choose one of your forms, lessons, courses or folders and press Share with team. Everyone on the team can then edit it. Courses include their lessons and folders include what is inside. Publishing, unpublishing and archiving stay with the owner.
Team-only content
Team-only (internal) content is published, but only signed-in members of your team can open it. It never appears in Explore, search results or search engines.
- Lessons: press Publish lesson and choose Your team.
- Courses: press Publish course and choose Your team. Its lessons become team-only too.
- Flashcards: in the set, set Who can see it to Team only.
- Forms and quizzes: in Settings, under Who can respond, choose My team.
- Live games: games hosted from a team-only quiz are team-only. Players must sign in with an account on the team to join.
From ChatGPT or Claude
Connected assistants can list your teams, create a team, make invitation links, change roles, and share content with a team. They can also publish team-only content with the team's ID. Member email addresses are never sent to assistants. See Claude and ChatGPT.
