Colours, fonts and start screens

Everything under Customize on the Design tab.

Start screen

The screen people see before the first question, with the title, your introduction and a start button. Choose No start screen to skip it, or one of Centered, Split, Poster, Minimal, Editorial, Scroll, Terminal or Arcade.

Colours

Open Customize colours, fonts and more. Under Colours you can set Accent, Page, Surface and Text. Press a swatch to pick a colour, or type a hex code such as #3595e3.

  • Light and Dark with the shuffle icon give a random palette that works.
  • If two colours are hard to tell apart, a Low contrast note names the pair and its ratio. Fix it so everyone can read the form.

Dark mode

Always as designed shows your colours to everyone. Follow device shows a dark version to people whose device is set to dark.

Font

Choose Modern, Grotesk, Serif, Editorial, Elegant, Rounded, Mono, Roboto or Segoe UI. Arabic text uses Arabic fonts whichever you pick.

Buttons and corners

  • Buttons: Solid, Soft, Rounded, Outline or Bold.
  • Corners: Square, Soft or Round.
  • Page layout, for the all-on-one-page modes: Open, Card or Spacious.

Background

Plain, Dots, Grid, Glow, Aurora, Grain, Stripes or Scanlines.

Paste the address of an image that starts with https://. It shows on your form.
