Where to ask a question, report a problem or check the service.

The Support page has the contact email, the status page when there is one, and these links.

• Questions about your account or a form: email support from the Support page. Say which form, with its link, and what you expected.
• Bugs and feature ideas: open an issue on GitHub. Do not include respondent data.
• Security problems: report them privately, never in a public issue. See Support.
