Your Library

Search, filter, sort and group your forms and quizzes.

The Library lists every form and quiz you own, plus those shared with you.

Find things

  • The tabs All, Forms and Quizzes narrow the list.
  • Search filters by title as you type.
  • Status filters by Live, Draft or Closed. You can choose more than one.

Gallery or list

Open View options to switch between Gallery, with thumbnails, and List, a table. The choice is remembered.

Sort

In the list, click a column name: Name, Status, Responses or Edited. Click it again to reverse the order. In the gallery, use the Sort menu. You can also set a default in Settings.

Folders

Under More settings, Notifications and team, the Folder row puts a form in a named group. The Library shows the groups as headings. Forms shared with you are grouped as Shared with you.

Open, Results, View live, Copy link, Pin to sidebar, Duplicate and Archive. There is no Delete here. See Archive.
